What you need decides the tier. Content, business, or both, not audience size or deal volume. Pick the shape your career can hold for the length of the engagement.
Every tier runs on a dedicated, capped team, and we always sit on your side of the table, never the brand's. Below: a side-by-side comparison, then full detail on each tier.
01 · CompareThree tiers, side by side
Three tiers at a glance.
T1
Brand-Deal Brokerage
Commitment
Non-exclusive. Keep working with anyone. 6 months minimum.
Best for
Established creators with steady inbound, who want every offer cleanly negotiated and paid on time, but aren’t ready to hand over content or the wider career.
One-time program. 6 months, then it ends. No auto-renewal.
Best for
Emerging creators with momentum but no system yet, strong work, irregular cadence, content that doesn’t compound. The ones who need the content engine before they need a deal desk.
A non-exclusive arrangement focused on the brand-deal side of the career. We do the pitching, the negotiation, the paperwork, and the payment flow. Content and full career strategy live in the other two tiers; here, we run your deals and nothing else.
Commitment
Non-exclusive. 6-month minimum.
Who it’s for
Established creators with steady inbound, who want every offer cleanly negotiated and paid on time, but aren’t ready to hand over content or the wider career.
What’s included
We pitch you to brands, inbound and outbound, and screen for real fit
We negotiate every deal: rate, usage rights, and exclusivity windows
We draft and check the contract before you sign anything
We collect the money and pay you within 7 business days
A quarterly read on your deal flow and rate card, so your rate keeps rising
Not included
Content itself. We do not script, shoot, or edit on Brokerage, but the Studio content team can: add it as an upgrade, or get it built in with Full Management
Career strategy beyond deals. That lives in Full Management
Public-life or PR representation
Any exclusivity. You stay free to work with anyone, anywhere
The full relationship. The same content engine we run for brands, pointed at your channel, strategy, ideation, scripting, production, plus pitching, negotiation, paperwork, calendar, and the quarterly read on where the career is going. One team, both halves, exclusive or near-exclusive so the strategy compounds.
Commitment
Exclusive or near-exclusive. 12-month minimum.
Who it’s for
Established creators ready to run a real career with one team holding the whole picture, the content that grows them and the business that pays them.
What’s included
The full Studio content team on your channel: strategy, ideation, scripting, shoot days, and editing, the same craft our brand clients get
Everything in Brand-Deal Brokerage: pitching, negotiation, and contracts, included, not added on
We own your calendar: partnerships, content windows, and public moments
We collect every payment and pay you within 7 business days
Career planning, quarterly reviews, and a weekly line straight to the pod
Not included
Personal financial advice or tax planning
Crisis or PR management as a separate retainer
Equity, revenue-share, or earnings-based payment. We bill in rupees
A defined six-month program to build your content system. We set the strategy, run ideation and scripting, and produce the work that grows your channel, the same craft we bring to brands. At the end you keep the system and the playbook; Full Management is an opt-in, not an obligation.
Commitment
One-time, 6 months. No auto-renewal.
Who it’s for
Emerging creators with momentum but no system yet, strong work, irregular cadence, content that doesn’t compound. The ones who need the content engine before they need a deal desk.
What’s included
Channel strategy: your pillars, positioning, and format direction
The Studio content team on your channel: scripting, editing, graphics, thumbnails, and shoot days, the same craft our brand clients get
Weekly work on ideation, hooks, and what to make next
Growth reviewed every week: what is working, what to double down on
A content playbook you keep for good when the six months end
Not included
Ongoing representation by default. You opt into Full Management after, only if you want it
Brand-deal pitching as the focus. That is Brokerage or Full Management
Equity, revenue-share, or earnings-based payment. The program is a flat fee
Money is the part of representation most agencies hide. We make it the part of the pitch you can quote back to us during a negotiation.
01
Brand pays Mainstage.
Every contract names Mainstage as the payee. The brand never wires you directly, that’s how missed payments and lost invoices happen.
02
We deduct commission.
Commission is set at signing and stated in plain numbers in the agreement. There are no platform fees, no hidden margins, no admin charges.
03
Creator paid within 7 business days.
Money lands in your account inside seven business days of the brand’s payment clearing. If a brand is late, you don’t chase, we do.
Public promise
The conflict policyVisible on purpose
We sit on your side of the table.
We represent creators, and we also build content for brands. The day a brand client wants a deal with a creator we manage, those two relationships conflict. We don't hide that. The policy is public, codified, and binding, and in a negotiation we are always on the creator's side.
Saying no protects the careers we do represent. Here's what we turn down, even when the creator is interesting.
01Creators with niches that conflict with current Studio brand-client work.
02Anyone unwilling to sign a written agreement before a pitch goes out.
03Equity-only or revenue-share-only representation.
04Short-term, single-deal mandates outside a tier.
05PR or crisis-management as a stand-alone retainer.
06 · ApplyRead personally, every time
Tell us about your career. We'll read it.
Every creator gets a dedicated, capped team, the same people who learn your channel and run your deals. When we are full we start another team rather than thin yours, so representation stays deep. Tell us about the work, the goals, and where you're stuck. Every application is read personally: yes, not yet, or a polite no with the reason, inside two business days.
