Brand-Deal Brokerage

Deals only

A non-exclusive arrangement focused on the brand-deal side of the career. We do the pitching, the negotiation, the paperwork, and the payment flow. Content and full career strategy live in the other two tiers; here, we run your deals and nothing else.

What’s included

  • We pitch you to brands, inbound and outbound, and screen for real fit
  • We negotiate every deal: rate, usage rights, and exclusivity windows
  • We draft and check the contract before you sign anything
  • We collect the money and pay you within 7 business days
  • A quarterly read on your deal flow and rate card, so your rate keeps rising

Not included

  • Content itself. We do not script, shoot, or edit on Brokerage, but the Studio content team can: add it as an upgrade, or get it built in with Full Management
  • Career strategy beyond deals. That lives in Full Management
  • Public-life or PR representation
  • Any exclusivity. You stay free to work with anyone, anywhere

Content only

A defined six-month program to build your content system. We set the strategy, run ideation and scripting, and produce the work that grows your channel, the same craft we bring to brands. At the end you keep the system and the playbook; Full Management is an opt-in, not an obligation.

  • Ongoing representation by default. You opt into Full Management after, only if you want it
  • Brand-deal pitching as the focus. That is Brokerage or Full Management

Money is the part of representation most agencies hide. We make it the part of the pitch you can quote back to us during a negotiation.

    Brand pays Mainstage.

    Every contract names Mainstage as the payee. The brand never wires you directly, that’s how missed payments and lost invoices happen.

  2. 02

    We deduct commission.

    Commission is set at signing and stated in plain numbers in the agreement. There are no platform fees, no hidden margins, no admin charges.

  3. 03

    Creator paid within 7 business days.

    Money lands in your account inside seven business days of the brand’s payment clearing. If a brand is late, you don’t chase, we do.

We represent creators, and we also build content for brands. The day a brand client wants a deal with a creator we manage, those two relationships conflict. We don't hide that. The policy is public, codified, and binding, and in a negotiation we are always on the creator's side.

Saying no protects the careers we do represent. Here's what we turn down, even when the creator is interesting.
